Every new client relationship begins with a complimentary, no-obligation Virtual Meet & Greet. We'll connect via video call to get to know each other, discuss your cat's routine, personality, medications, feeding schedule, litter box care, and emergency contacts — all from the comfort of home. Once a booking is confirmed, we'll arrange a quick key exchange or home access (key, lockbox, garage code, or smart lock) before the first visit. Prefer to meet in person? In-home meet & greets are available on request, especially for cats with complex medical or behavioral needs.
